At MinsuHomes, we understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for our guests. Please review our guidelines below before making a booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Guests can cancel their booking at least 2 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows or cancellations on the check-in day are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- If a host cancels a booking, guests will receive a full refund.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or emergencies), refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
